Discharge Hose with Sandwich Flange

A flexible rubber discharge hose with sandwich flange ends, used where higher bending flexibility and limited installation space are required.

Product Overview

A flexible rubber discharge hose with sandwich flange ends, used where higher bending flexibility and limited installation space are required.

Product Detail

The hose body is built with rubber lining, textile reinforcement and integral sandwich flanges. Compared with steel nipple type hoses, the sandwich flange design offers better bending behavior for the same bore and length, making it useful in compact or movable pipeline sections.

Features

  • Better bending performance than steel nipple type in comparable sizes
  • Good wear resistance for water, mud and sand mixtures
  • Flexible body for movable or restricted installation spaces
  • Integral sandwich flange structure for simple installation
  • Suitable for deck, shore and discharge pipeline connections

Design Note

Customized specifications are available according to project requirements. Final design should be confirmed based on slurry density, pipeline layout, dredger type, pressure, bending radius and installation conditions.

Applications

Used in main conveying pipelines, deck piping, short flexible sections and areas requiring repeated bending or installation tolerance.

Information Needed for Quotation

  • Nominal bore size, overall length and flange standard
  • Working pressure, test pressure and suction/vacuum requirement if applicable
  • Conveyed material: mud, sand, clay, silt, gravel, coral, ore or other slurry
  • Slurry density, solid content, particle size and abrasion condition
  • Pipeline arrangement: floating, submerged, shore, deck, pump inlet/outlet or bow blowing
