Hose Float

A split-type flotation unit installed on rubber hoses or auxiliary pipelines to provide additional buoyancy and positioning support.

Product Overview

A split-type flotation unit installed on rubber hoses or auxiliary pipelines to provide additional buoyancy and positioning support.

Product Detail

The hose float is generally supplied as two half shells with foam filling and bolted fasteners. It is used where a rubber hose, HDPE pipe or auxiliary line requires additional flotation, visibility and protection in dredging or marine pipeline applications.

Features

  • Split design for easy installation on existing hoses or pipes
  • Closed-cell foam filling for buoyancy support
  • Outer shell resistant to seawater, UV and impact
  • Bolted fastening for secure positioning
  • Applicable to dredging hoses, HDPE pipes and auxiliary floating lines
