A functional rubber discharge hose designed for large-angle bending positions in dredging discharge pipelines.
A functional rubber discharge hose designed for large-angle bending positions in dredging discharge pipelines.
The slope-adapted hose is used as a transition hose between floating pipelines and submerged or onshore pipelines. It is suitable for areas where the discharge line crosses a cofferdam, breakwater, slope or dredger stern, and where the hose needs to work for long periods under bending.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Nominal Bore | DN600, DN700, DN800, DN850, DN900, DN1000, DN1100 |
| Length | 5 m – 11.8 m |
| Working Pressure | 2.5 MPa – 3.0 MPa |
| Bending Angle | Up to 90° |
| Service | Floating-to-shore / floating-to-submerged transition |
Customized specifications are available according to project requirements. Final design should be confirmed based on slurry density, pipeline layout, dredger type, pressure, bending radius and installation conditions.
Used in floating-to-shore transition, floating-to-submerged transition, cofferdam crossing, breakwater crossing and dredger stern discharge sections.
