Slope-adapted Hose

A functional rubber discharge hose designed for large-angle bending positions in dredging discharge pipelines.

Product Overview

A functional rubber discharge hose designed for large-angle bending positions in dredging discharge pipelines.

Product Detail

The slope-adapted hose is used as a transition hose between floating pipelines and submerged or onshore pipelines. It is suitable for areas where the discharge line crosses a cofferdam, breakwater, slope or dredger stern, and where the hose needs to work for long periods under bending.

Features

  • Designed for large-angle bending positions
  • Maintains a clear internal passage during bending
  • Wear-resistant inner lining and outer cover for harsh environments
  • Good flexibility with twist resistance
  • Suitable for high working pressure dredging lines

Design Note

Customized specifications are available according to project requirements. Final design should be confirmed based on slurry density, pipeline layout, dredger type, pressure, bending radius and installation conditions.

Applications

Used in floating-to-shore transition, floating-to-submerged transition, cofferdam crossing, breakwater crossing and dredger stern discharge sections.

Information Needed for Quotation
