A self-floating dredging hose with integrated buoyancy, used to form independent floating discharge pipelines for slurry, sand and mud transfer.
A self-floating dredging hose with integrated buoyancy, used to form independent floating discharge pipelines for slurry, sand and mud transfer.
The hose is constructed with a wear-resistant lining, reinforcement layers, built-in closed-cell flotation jacket, outer cover and carbon steel end fittings. The integrated flotation layer keeps the hose buoyant in empty and working conditions, helping the floating pipeline follow water movement safely.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Nominal Bore | DN400 – DN1200 |
| Length | 6 m – 11.8 m |
| Working Pressure | 1.0 MPa – 4.0 MPa |
| Buoyancy Level | SG 1.0 – SG 2.3 |
| Bending Angle | ≥ 60° |
Customized specifications are available according to project requirements. Final design should be confirmed based on slurry density, pipeline layout, dredger type, pressure, bending radius and installation conditions.
Used as the main floating discharge pipeline behind dredgers, for transporting silt, clay, sand, mud and slurry to shore or disposal areas.
